STAGE 5: CLOSING
Home is complete and ready for move in! We will continue to make sure you are happy with it even after move-in.
PRICING
We understand building is a huge financial commitment, that is why we believe it is important to be very open about how much your build will cost. Every project is different, so we cannot provide an accurate price without knowing what your building goals are. Get in touch with us and we would be happy to provide you with a free estimate so you can know what budget range you can expect for your project.
We can offer two different styles of pricing and you can choose what fits your needs best.

Contractor is paid for all the allowable expenses for the costs of the project, plus an agreed upon contractors fee.
Contractor predetermines how much the project will cost and will build accordingly so you can know the project wont exceed the contract price.
